Custom Replacement Curb Inlet

One of our regular customers has a drainage repair contract in our area, so he does a lot of replacements.  Replacements can certainly be a headache, with cleaning out the old crumbling structure, forming in place or building a brick structure, and being at the mercy of the ever-changing weather.

We try whenever possible to make our products as time saving as possible.  To that end, when they needed to replace a curb inlet, we wanted something that could be installed and finished in one day, and this is what we came up with:

Cable Lifting eyes, one piece drop in construction with the frame precast into the structure.  Installation went off without a hitch, and our customer was so happy with the time and money he saved.   Not to sound cliche, but that's why we come to work; we like to make solutions for our customers.

Rolling Again

After some unusually cold weather that shut down Southeast Louisiana, we're back at it.  This is our first delivery of electrical handboxes.  We're excited to add them to our list of products.  The ones pictured have a conduit through hole, and we also offer a cast in place duct terminator that comes pre-sealed, which greatly reduces installation time.  Just another way we're looking for to make something that works well and saves you money .

How Do We Build Conflict Boxes?

We build ours however you want them, of course, but here's a video of one we are designing right now.  In this case, the municipal sewer was run over an existing storm drainage line, so we need to build a box that the installer can use to fix the break in the drainage and still leave the sewer line accessible.  Have a look.
